Based on when I first saw this thread, the video seems to have been made around the same time.
I looked through the other videos on the channel, and there is a series of videos about Frank Cooper that contain >>1's story in the video descriptions. It seems >>1 has been stealing his schizophrenic ramblings from elsewhere!
