Evidence that time exists:

> docs.python.org/2/library/time.html#time.time
> docs.oracle.com/javase/1.4.2/docs/api/java/lang/System.html#currentTimeMillis()
> pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/009696699/functions/time.html
> ruby-doc.org/core-1.9.3/Time.html

However, to this date I have not found evidence that time has existed before January 1st, 1970.

>>6 long values are signed. Therefore, time starts at Fri, 13 Dec 1901, 20:45:52, and ends Tue, 19 Jan 2038, 03:14:07.

(Or in more reasonable terms: from Boomtime, The Aftermath 55, 3067 YOLD, to Prickle-Prickle, Chaos 19, 3204 YOLD.)

&#202e; Actually, I think time starts at Tue, 19 Jan 2038, 03:14:07 and ends at Fri, 13 Dec 1901, 20:45:52. It's better that way.
